Construction Management

Selected as the owner's advocate, GDH, LLC serves as the construction professional on the project team. Through construction management we provide leadership to the owner, architects and engineers with information and recommendations on construction economies and technology from the earliest stages of conceptual planning through project completion.

As the construction management team, we direct onsite activities, maintain a fiduciary relationship with the client, serve as the business administrator and advise the client on all costs, systems and methods. Our competent, fulltime supervisory staff at the jobsite provides project direction throughout the construction management process.

Depending on the owner’s needs, we can work as a construction manager at risk or under an agency construction management agreement. Regardless of the project delivery system desired by a client, GDH provides professional construction management services with a track record of superior performance.
